This website is part of two websites (recyclefoodwaste.org and bokashi.nyc) with a relationship with Bokashi Research and Education (bokashiresearch.org). The websites focus on bokashi and the bokashi microbes, specifically the use of Effective Microorganisms (EM, EM•1) on organic matter:
- recyclefoodwaste.org (this website) focuses on using bokashi on food waste, i.e., bokashi food waste, fermented food waste (FFW).
- bokashi.nyc focuses on bokashi activities in and around NYC, including workshops, tablings, demonstrations, and other types of events.
